Ξημερώματα στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες ανακοινώθηκαν οι υποψηφιότητες για τα φετινά βραβεία Oscar!
Με 11 υποψηφιότητες προηγείται στην κούρσα των Oscar η ταινία Everything Everywhere All At Once” (“Τα Πάντα Όλα”), ενώ ακολουθούν τα The Banshees of Inisherin (“Τα πνεύματα του Ινισέριν”) και το γερμανικό πολεμικό δράμα All Quiet on the Western Front με 9 και 8 αντίστοιχα. Έκπληξη αποτελεί η ταινίαTriangle of Sadness του Ruben Östlund (Πολλά γυρίσματα έγιναν στη Χιλιαδού της Εύβοιας) στην κατηγορία καλύτερης ταινίας. Το φιλμ τιμήθηκε με τον Χρυσό Φοίνικα των Καννών!
Μπορεί η ταινία Blonde να προηγείται στις υποψηφιότητες για τα Χρυσά Βατόμουρα, η Ana de Armas όμως βρίσκεται στην κατηγορία Α’ γυναικείου ρόλου για την ερμηνεία της ως Μέριλιν Μονρόε.. Κατά τ’ άλλα, η Rihanna μόλις απέσπασε την πρώτη της υποψηφιότητα για το τραγούδι Lift Me Up του Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, η Diane Warren την 14η (!) για το Applause της ταινίας Tell It Like A Woman.
Η 95η τελετή απονομής των βραβείων Όσκαρ θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Dolby Theater του Λος Άντζελες στις 12 Μαρτίου και θα μεταδοθεί από το NBC.
